Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund you the full cost of the item(s) plus standard shipping costs.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your jewels, advising that you wish to make a return.
- You are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring that items are packaged in such a way, that they are not damaged in transit.
- You should retain proof of shipping.
- Any return Customs charges incurred by Surf & Scout on international returns, will be deducted from the refunded amount. Proof of these charges will be emailed to you by Surf & Scout.
- Refunds will be processed the same day, undamaged goods are received.
- Exchanges will be processed the next business day and are subject to our standard delivery costs and times.
- Please note, custom order items may not be returned. If faulty, please contact us to enquire about returning for repair.
